BYP — Build Your Pocket — exists because market tools too often blur what they know with what they guess.
What we build
BYP is one workspace for the research side of investing and trading: charts and indicators, alerts, research modules, your portfolio and journal, and an assistant, Captain Umro, that explains what it sees. It runs on Windows, Android and the web.
How we build it
- Label everything. Every number says whether it is live, delayed, demo or unavailable. If we can’t source a value, we show a dash.
- Keep you in control. Nothing trades on its own. Orders are reviewed and confirmed by you, through your own broker.
- Hold as little as possible. Keys stay on your device; synced data is encrypted before it leaves.
- Say what isn’t ready. Features in builds the stores don’t serve yet are marked as the next update. Sample data is called sample data.
